How can I reach Chill Out Hostel?
You can fly to Boracay Caticlan Airport from Manila and Cebu and then you can contact us a day before your arrival to organize a convenient airport transfer for you.(approx. 45-60 minutes).
What do I need to prepare for check in?
Your valid ID will be scanned and you need to show reference of your booking.
What are the check in and check out times?
Check in at 2 pm and check out at 11 am; when possible we can offer an early check in and late check out for an extra fee. In any case we offer a free of charge luggage storage so that you can enjoy Boracay before your check in or after your check out.
Are kids allowed at Chill Out?
We welcome family with kids and we request parents to properly guardian their children.
Decorous and Friendly behavior
We promote social and friendly exchange prompting good manners and mutual respect; we ask guests to wear a T-shirt when sitting at our Lounge, Bar and Restaurant.
Can you assist with an Airport Transfer service?
Please contact us (allow two days prior your arrival/departure) and we will be glad to assist you.

How can I keep my locker secure?
For the safety of your belongings, we recommend that all guests bring their own padlock. Our lockers are available for use, but padlocks are not provided by the hostel.
