This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies:

Check-Out: 11:00 AM

Property and Cancelation Policies :

Full Charge - Full Deposit - If canceled within 14 days of arrival

Terms and Conditions:

BOOKING POLICY: Cancellation: If cancelled, modify or no show full booking item will be charged. Payment: Full item will be charged. Other Policies: Strictly No refund No cancellation policy. In case the cancellation is due to fortuitous events, force majeure or act of Gods as defined under the law NO REFUND but FREE Rebooking. The property will require PHP 500.00 key deposit during guest arrival and will be refunded upon check out after the room key returned. Minors (17yrs old below) are strictly not allowed in the Bar and in dormitory room/shared room unless it booked as private.
